Mon worked hard alongside Jaba in the opening of our brand new steakhouse in Christchurch from the beginning. She assisted with the business plan and worked closely with me the whole way, designing all our menu layouts, website, social media and practical systems such as contracts and job descriptions.
On the week of the restaurant opening she was available to step in and help with all the set up, even running down the road for us to pick up the deli meat and last minute items required. From her amazing skills of her photography and web design to all the practical things she stepped in to do with no problem, I couldn't have done without her.
Mon's hard work, dedication and attention to detail allowed me to have full trust in our working relationship and she was able to put into print exactly what I had in my mind.

Mon helped us get over the line to opening day, setting up our POS system, writing a business training manual for front of house staff, organising stock and helping us with signage and menus. Mon’s experience with business systems and customer-centric solutions meant that she was able to quickly identify what was needed, work with the POS system in place, and get us up and running in no time. She even provided remote support to help us troubleshoot POS issues and improve systems once we were underway.
